Economic Impact and Destination Event Grant Program
The Economic Impact and Destination Event Grant Program is a state-funded opportunity authorized by the 2023 Montana Legislature’s enactment of Senate Bill 540. The purpose of the Event Grants is to assist Montana’s communities with Destination Events and new Events that will increase tourism (including regional, national, and international visitors), promote Montana's unique attributes, and generate additional community revenue.
Thank you for submitting your Economic Impact and Destination Event Grant. The application window is now closed. All submitted Event Grant applications will be reviewed for completeness and evaluated on ranking criteria according to the Event Grant Guidelines. All applicants will be notified of application status by May 26th, 2024.
Event Grant Toolkit:
- The Event Grant Budget Template is required to be uploaded in the application for consideration of funding.
